Reine Dateien (CSV, JSON, XML, PDF) und bloße Links zählen nicht. Das Bundesland ergibt sich aus dem Datenportal, das den Eintrag an GovData liefert; Einträge aus bundesweiten Portalen bleiben ohne Angabe.
